This is the 18″ x 24″ poster I helped design for the first Chicago Filipino American Theatre Festival – a festival of staged readings (31 short plays by 29 playwrights) held during Filipino American History Month from October 11 – 26, 2024.
These are some of the social media fliers I designed on Canva for CIRCA-Pintig’s 2024 Theatre Season, when I worked as the one of the Program Associates. This shows my capacity for event planning and managing a local theater group’s social media presence.
One of the slideshows I made to recap the first week of the Chicago Filipino American Theatre Festival held at PrideArts. I collaged the videos to promote the remaining two weekends of the festival, but I have recordings of the entire show uploaded to CiIRCA-Pintig’s YouTube channel for documentation.
Selected Teaching Portfolio
Video collage from a Shadow Puppetry class I taught during Summer 2021 to a group of rising 1st to 3rd graders. The students learned how to make their own shadow screens and puppets. They worked together in small groups to create characters, and tell stories with their musical instruments. We also rehearsed and performed a short play based on the classic Japanese story, Momotaro, The Peach Boy.
